Airport Pick-Up Service

UNSW Student Development-International (SDI) organises an Airport Pick-up Service for newly arriving international students commencing their programs. The service will pick you up from the international terminal of the Kingsford Smith Airport, Sydney and take you to SDI Welcome centre at UNSW’s main campus.

The Airport Pick-up Service runs Monday to Friday only. The Airport Pick-Up Service charge is $15.00 per person.
Arrival Transfer: Sydney Airport to UNSW Kensington Campus
Dates of Operation: Monday 2nd July 2012 to Friday 13th July 2012
Hours of Operation: 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Cost: $15.00 per person

Airport Pick Up bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of arrival date.

Airport Pick Up payments must be made within 14 days of arrival date.


Book an Airport Pick-Up

If you arrive before 6am and after 4:00pm or during the weekend and require assistance report to the Travel Concierge to arrange transportation from airport to your accommodation.

Accommodation

Students requiring accommodation need to contact UNSW Accommodation Services Central (ASC). ASC offers a wide range of accommodation, depending on your requirements. There are catered on-campus colleges, self-catered on and off-campus apartments, private rental units in surrounding suburbs as well as numerous short-term options.

International Student Housing Assistance (ISHA) offers assistance to find suitable accommodation to new international students at the start of each semester. ISHA lists a variety of properties varying in price, security, quality and proximity to campus and these can be accessed at the SDI office. During this period there is also a service available to drive new students around to inspect properties.
